running latest svn versions of jackd and ffado, jackd brings following error:

firewire ERR: Error creating FFADO streaming device cannot load driver module firewire no message buffer overruns

ffado works and finds the card, logs attached. jackd errors and stops after a while, logs attached as well.

did you upload the firmware to the device? (cfr BebobFirmwareTool)

if so, please provide the logs as indicated in the README file.

hm,

I did not. Can't find the applying firmware either :-/

  • resolution set to invalid.

Closing this as a non-issue. Without the firmware the device won't work. The firmware can be found somewhere in the windows installation, but don't ask me where. It usually has a .bcd extension.
