any time jack enters freewheeling mode (when i use the export feature of ardour basically), the saffire resets. the freewheeling mode etc will actually continue and complete the export, but then i have to reset everything (ardour, jack, jamin etc) to do further work. i would have thought this was just another quirk of the safire device were it not for the fact that it never used to behave this way (i couldn't tell which svn version, i hadn't used it for a period of a couple of months at least).
