Ass the transition to scons has been made, a lot of compile instructions need to be adopted.

I changed the README, this wiki and the page on ffado.org. That should be all that was needed...

Otherwise reopen this bug and tell me about other locations of "make". Or fix it by yourself if you have enough karma to do so.
