This is a warning but no bug.

The first just means that there are no routes saved for sampling-rates of 192kHz and higher. The saffires don't do this high sampling-rates, but the generic dice code still looks for these routes. Maybe a check to suppress that warning for high sampling-rate-space can be added.

The second is debug-output till I do more work on the mixer...
