jack doesn't play at 96000 samplerate with Focusrite PRO 40. It captures OK but it cannot playback. I've used Ardour, audacity and palyers like aqualung, audacious.

When you switch to 96kHz sampling rate, the dice-chip uses a different routing and mixer then for rate 44.1kHz and 48kHz. The reason you don't hear anything is probably because its not routed anywhere or mixed to zero.

The problem you've raised is that ffado-mixer should then reload the routing and mixer...
