missing EAP is not an error

Description

When running on a DICE device without EAP, there is a log message 

Error (dice_eap.cpp)[ 113] init: Device does not support EAP

which makes users think that there is something wrong.

The attached patch changes this to a warning, and spells out what the consequences of this 'problem' are, i.e., that there is no EAP mixer.
