jack starts and runs for a couple of second, but then it stops, see file attachment.

Your system doesn't allow a user to run threads with SCHED_FIFO priority (=realtime). Note that this is not the same as having a RT pached kernel. This is kernel-independent.

Can you try and run jackd as root? Note that you'll also have to run the jackd clients as root.
